Thank you for shopping at Body By Bee. We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days from the date you received your order for a refund or exchange. After this window, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange unless the item is defective or damaged


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

❗ Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale (e.g., clearance)

  • Perishable goods or items that can’t be resold as new

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support within the return window with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions on how to ship back your item (and a return label if applicable).

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Returns must be sent back before the return window expires and only after you’ve gotten confirmation from us.


4. Refunds Explained

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, we’ll process your refund to the original method of payment.

  • Refund processing can take several business days after approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error, like a damaged or incorrect item).

If your item hasn’t been received by us yet:

  • Check with your carrier — transit times vary.

  • We aren’t responsible for lost return packages unless you purchased tracked shipping.


5. Exchanges & Store Credit

If you want a different size, color, or item:

  • Let us know when you initiate the return.

  • We’ll guide you through exchanging it or issuing store credit if that’s easier.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

We inspect every product before shipping — but mistakes happen.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and your order number so we can make it right at no cost to you.
